Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to establish a comprehensive technical roadmap that aligns with business goals.
- Lead High-Impact Projects: Oversee the end-to-end development of core infrastructure projects, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Architect AI-Driven Systems: Design and implement systems that leverage Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to automate complex workflows.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit top-tier talent and mentor junior architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bridge R&D and Production: Translate cutting-edge research and development into production-ready technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and manage technical debt while delivering immediate value.
- Innovation: Demonstrated experience in emerging technologies, including AI, Edge Computing, or Quantum Computing protocols.
