Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for large-scale, next-generation software systems designed for the 2026 era.
- Design and implement quantum-resistant encryption protocols and decentralized cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to integrate predictive models directly into core system infrastructure.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to future-ready microservices architectures.
- Mentor a team of junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and high technical standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing) and define technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in quantum-safe cryptography.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex digital transformations.
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
