Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-availability system architectures that support long-term business growth.
- Lead the strategic integration of emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing, into core infrastructure.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for engineering teams, ensuring code quality and security standards.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system performance and reliability, reducing latency and maximizing throughput.
- Drive architectural decisions that align with our long-term sustainability and scalability goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical transformations and large-scale migrations.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure pipelines and data engineering principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
