In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on implementation, ensuring our systems are not just functional today, but future-proof for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Lead the integration of AI/ML components into core infrastructure to enhance system autonomy and performance.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and high availability across all global deployment environments.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate technical debt.
- Define and enforce best practices for DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience implementing security best practices and compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
