Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases to ensure 99.9% uptime and speed.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in web development (Frontend and Backend).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Experience with relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first hybrid team.
