Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Sass)
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL solutions
- Proficient with Git, AWS, and cloud deployment
