Responsibilities
- Architect and develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UX/UI, Product, Backend) to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend libraries.
- Strong experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap, SASS).
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues efficiently.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
