Responsibilities
- Architect scalable full-stack solutions using React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
- Lead API development with RESTful endpoints and GraphQL implementations
- Optimize front-end performance for 95+ Lighthouse scores
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Collaborate with product team to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Contribute to open-source projects that align with our mission
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js
- Strong understanding of responsive design and modern CSS frameworks
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and deployment strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with performance metrics
- BS/CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience mentoring development teams
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
