Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate complex requirements into pixel-perfect interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security across all devices
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and architectural planning sessions
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve user experiences
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on aggressive timelines
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Expertise in Node.js, Express, and RESTful API development
- Proficiency with CSS preprocessors (Sass/Less) and responsive design principles
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda) and cloud architecture
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with measurable impact
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance for federal projects (if applicable)
