Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using modern DevOps practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services using GraphQL
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
- Ensure all applications meet WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Express, and server-side rendering
- Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and database optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and AWS services
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable code following SOLID principles
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex web applications with measurable impact
