Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or similar).
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure fast load times and optimal user experience across all devices.
- API Integration: Build and consume RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating third-party services and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate requirements into technical specifications and high-quality code.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards and best practices within the team.
- Testing & QA: Implement automated testing strategies (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) to ensure smooth and reliable deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on web technologies.
- Frontend: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Java, and experience with RESTful APIs.
- Database: Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose efficient, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
