Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as React and Node.js.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications and implement pixel-perfect designs.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure web applications are responsive, fast, and accessible across all devices and browsers; conduct performance tuning and debugging.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas and queries for scalability and efficiency.
- API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services securely.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Redux, and Node.js (Express or NestJS).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Tools: Expertise in Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills in English.
