Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, accessible front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks
- Develop robust back-end systems with Node.js, Express, and cloud-native architecture
- Optimize application performance through database optimization (PostgreSQL/MongoDB) and caching strategies
- Lead code reviews and implement CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality releases
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate requirements into pixel-perfect implementations
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern front-end frameworks
- Strong back-end skills with Node.js, RESTful APIs, and database design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
