Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for code quality and testing.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime and seamless user experiences.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Drive technical innovation by researching and implementing emerging technologies and tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL and NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Proven track record of working in remote-first or distributed teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
