Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern technologies (Java, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior developers on the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and backend technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
