Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, Python).
- Lead architectural decisions and drive technical excellence across the engineering department.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical workshops.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability in production environments.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and RESTful API design.
