Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, robust, and high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions to improve system stability.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our tech stack remains innovative.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Python, or Go, and experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues in a distributed system.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
