Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) and Node.js.
- Lead code reviews and technical architecture discussions to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless user experiences across all devices.
- Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
- Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to streamline deployment processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS (Tailwind CSS/Styled Components).
- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
