Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, pixel-perfect web applications using React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement interactive prototypes and motion graphics
- Optimize performance and accessibility across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari browsers
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and AWS infrastructure
- Lead client stakeholder meetings for technical requirement gathering
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal component library
Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience with JavaScript ES6+ and React ecosystem
- Expert knowledge of responsive design principles and CSS frameworks
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of Web Vitals optimization and SEO best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent portfolio
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and serverless architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex web applications
