Responsibilities

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development with React ecosystem
- Expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and responsive CSS frameworks
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating complex web applications with attention to UX details
