Responsibilities
- Lead development of responsive, high-performance web applications using React and TypeScript
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to pixel-perfectly implement complex interfaces
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability across browsers
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies

Qualifications
- 5+ years professional experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
- Expertise in responsive design, CSS3, HTML5, and ES6+ features
- Proficiency with state management (Redux, MobX, or Context API)
- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite) and version control (Git)
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques
