Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Spearhead the creation and execution of a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to forecast market shifts and competitive advantages.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D, Product, and C-Suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into current product pipelines.
- Resource Allocation: Lead the planning and budgeting process for technology investments that will yield results by 2026.
- Innovation Labs: Oversee pilot programs and experimental projects designed to validate concepts for the 2026 era.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex future trends to non-technical stakeholders in a compelling and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Technology Management, or Product Strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Predictive Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze data and predict industry trends up to 5 years in advance with high accuracy.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and near-future technologies, including Machine Learning, Edge Computing, and Next-Gen Web Architectures.
- Education: MBA or Master’s degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-stakes strategic initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
