Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop scalable data solutions.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support business forecasting.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security compliance across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
