The Role:

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into technical analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
