Responsibilities
- Perform deep-dive analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize complex SQL queries and data models for reporting purposes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular data audits and cleaning processes.
- Prepare comprehensive, actionable reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
