Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data efficiently from relational databases.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership clearly and concisely.
- Ensure data governance standards and compliance with company policies are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
