Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business strategy.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Finance) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries to extract and clean data efficiently from multiple sources.
- Create comprehensive, executive-level reports and presentations to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform rigorous data validation and quality assurance to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong mastery of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate technical findings into business value.
- Experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and machine learning concepts is a strong plus.
