Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validating data sources.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong proficiency in Excel and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
