In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between technical data science and executive strategy, transforming raw numbers into compelling narratives that drive growth and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence initiatives and reporting requirements.
- Develop interactive, high-performance dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement across various business units.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into concrete data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Present clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership through executive summaries and presentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and complex querying.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
