Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify market trends, forecast business metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to optimize data pipelines and improve reporting efficiency.
- Database Management: Manage SQL databases, writing complex queries to extract specific data sets for analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to think critically and solve complex problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights to executive leadership.
