As a key member of our analytics team, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic decision-making, working closely with both our Charlotte HQ and our New York office.
Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Strategic Reporting: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Charlotte and New York to deliver actionable insights that drive revenue growth.
- SQL Management: Write complex SQL queries to support ad-hoc analysis and automated reporting pipelines.
- Data Governance: Maintain data quality standards and documentation for all analytical models.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Excel (VBA/Macros).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
