Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) complex datasets from various internal and external sources to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Analyze historical data to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights for the executive team.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with the core business units to define data requirements and optimize reporting workflows.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company data governance policies.
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast future trends based on historical weekend performance.
- Document data processes and provide training to junior analysts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operations or shift-based environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Minneapolis, Minnesota, and pass a standard background check.
