In this role, you will be responsible for translating complex datasets into actionable business intelligence. As part of our elite analytics team, you will work closely with cross-functional departments to optimize operations and drive revenue growth through data visualization and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and interpret complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Reporting & Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for executive leadership.
- Weekend Operations: Oversee critical reporting cycles and data integrity checks during the weekend shift to ensure business continuity.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and present findings clearly.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and implement automated solutions to streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work the Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday).
- Relocation: Ability to relocate to Charlotte, NC or surrounding Virginia areas.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
