Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to extract and transform data from multiple sources.
- Create interactive and intuitive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize KPIs and drive business decisions.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems and databases.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports for executive leadership and operational managers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Must be willing and available to work weekend shifts as part of a standard full-time schedule.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
