Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform: Pull data from multiple sources, clean datasets, and perform ETL processes for weekend reporting.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive PowerBI and Tableau dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and growth opportunities within the data set to drive business strategy.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Deliver clear, concise weekly reports to leadership during weekend shifts.
- Collaboration: Partner with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and improve data quality.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI).
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday/Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate data into business value.
