Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with specific preference for experience in weekend or shift-based roles.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong working knowledge of BI tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
