Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to ensure data accuracy.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive leadership.
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data security and privacy.
- Partner with the engineering team to automate reporting processes and improve system performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python, R).
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau and Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience working in remote or hybrid work settings.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the weekend shift.
