Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Extract, clean, and transform data from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Must be available to work on weekend shifts (e.g., Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
