Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support weekend reporting cycles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business growth.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to uncover trends and anomalies in large datasets.
- Communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python for data manipulation.
- Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience working in a weekend shift or 24/7 operational environment is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
