Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop Reporting Solutions: Design and maintain complex SQL queries, ETL pipelines, and automated reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborative Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for optimization in our data workflows and implement best practices for data governance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel.
- Visualization: Demonstrated expertise in creating interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and compelling visual presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
