Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Dive deep into large-scale data pools to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization during weekend operational hours.
- Generate Strategic Reports: Create and deliver high-level weekly reports for executive stakeholders, translating technical findings into actionable business insights.
- Ensure Data Integrity: Perform rigorous quality assurance checks and data cleaning to guarantee the accuracy of all weekend batch processes.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve data discrepancies and improve system workflows.
- Automate Reporting Processes: Develop Python and SQL scripts to automate repetitive data tasks, increasing efficiency for the weekend team.
- Mentor Junior Analysts: Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a rotating or fixed shift schedule.
