Responsibilities
- Conduct Advanced Data Analysis: Utilize SQL, Python, and R to analyze large volumes of weekend and daily operational data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop Interactive Dashboards: Build and maintain compelling visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI to present findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Optimize Data Workflows: Streamline ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency during high-volume reporting periods.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Generate Weekly Reports: Create comprehensive, data-driven reports that summarize weekend performance and forecast future trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, with specific exposure to weekend or shift-based reporting cycles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
