Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Extraction & Modeling: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and model complex datasets from various sources, ensuring 100% data accuracy.
- Visual Analytics: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance metrics and trends for stakeholders.
- Performance Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that highlight critical business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to recommend data-driven improvements to our core systems.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for data pipelines, analytical processes, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience with Tableau or PowerBI.
- Availability: Must be available to work the Weekend Shift (Friday to Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex business problems through data analysis.
