Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance metrics.
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) to define analytical requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to support product optimization.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including window functions, stored procedures).
- Strong experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Experience working in a 24/7 environment or weekend shift schedules.
