Apex Data Systems is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our high-performance team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical expertise to uncover trends and generate insights during our critical weekend operations. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, producing actionable reports, and supporting decision-making processes that keep our business running smoothly 24/7.

Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Perform complex data modeling and statistical analysis to support weekend business objectives.
- Reporting & Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Data Integrity: Clean, transform, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality output for stakeholders.
- SQL & Python: Write optimized SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and manipulate data from various sources.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings to management and non-technical teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current reporting workflows and implement automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Schedule: Must be willing and able to work a dedicated weekend shift (e.g., Friday-Monday or Saturday-Sunday).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
