As a key member of our analytics team, you will bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business intelligence. You will be responsible for maintaining our core data pipelines and generating high-impact reports that drive our weekend strategy.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Complex Datasets: Extract, clean, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends and patterns affecting weekend performance.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all weekend reporting systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to support weekend sprint planning and data requirements.
- Report Generation: Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing data-driven insights.
- Automate Processes: Develop SQL scripts and Python automations to reduce manual data entry and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel (Advanced).
- Visualization: Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work Weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
