Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive business growth.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize complex data sets and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, collect data, and interpret results using statistical methods.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
- Develop and implement predictive models to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new data tools, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and complex formula construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
