Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large, complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify business trends, forecast future performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting frameworks.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Stored Procedures, Joins) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is a plus.
