Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Modeling: Extract, clean, and analyze massive datasets from disparate sources using SQL, Python, and R to uncover hidden business opportunities.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop compelling, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor KPIs and present findings to executive leadership.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to forecast trends, perform A/B testing, and validate product hypotheses.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in data pipelines and collaborate with engineering teams to automate reporting processes for increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing teams to translate data requirements into technical specifications and deliver actionable business intelligence.
- Quality Assurance: Implement data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science within a tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Tools: Expert-level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
