Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence reporting and analytics.
- Build interactive and visually compelling dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, product features, and user engagement strategies.
- Partner with product managers, engineers, and marketing directors to define data requirements and translate business questions into technical analytical solutions.
- Identify data quality issues, anomalies, and gaps, and implement strategies to ensure data integrity and accuracy across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redshift) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) for data manipulation and statistical modeling.
- Expertise in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, VBA, and Pivot Tables.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
